WHEN YOU PAY

Loads, subscriptions and claims are different.

A $1,000 Prepay load

The administration fee is $75. Add $10 if a new card is issued. The fee applies when the funds are loaded, even if the employee has not spent them yet.

A month with no PostPay claims

The $10 subscription still applies for each enrolled employee. There is no reimbursement EFT fee without an EFT. Approved benefits are funded separately.

Examples exclude taxes and any advisor or other agreed charges. Your written quote and agreement control.
